We arrived early and i was charmed that our room was ready. all necessities were in place, even an iron. breakfast was adequate. The staff were helpful and friendly, always with smiles. it felt very cute.
Our double room was small. it felt more like a single room with a double bed. It was very cramped indeed. the curtains seemed shabby and worn. i didn't find the room condition to be very appealing.

The hotel is in a great location! It is very close to the Gloucester Road station. The reception staff are very helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. The room I received was quite nice and spacious.
The bar was not particularly well-stocked.

surprisingly spacious and well-located

the bathroom was good sized it had ample counter space. the staff members were nice they addressed all my questions promptly. the room was quiet at night i slept soundly. i found the bed comfy with good pillows it was a relaxing sleep after long travel.
the room was slightly compact there was little space between the bed and the wall.

i appreciated the location, close to Gloucester Road station. Several underground lines are accessible. I could easily reach Heathrow airport using the direct line. The staff stored our luggage after checkout, very nice.
the corridor walls showed markings and scuffs, which detracted from the overall appearance. This issue is a MINOR one, but noticeable.

The location provided convenient access to the tube. There were many stores and restaurants nearby. The area felt safe, which I appreciated, ESPECIALLY at night. The staff also allowed me to check in early.
The room I had was quite compact. There was little space between the bed and the wall. This made moving around a bit difficult, in particular getting to the bathroom. Used towels were not replaced. They were rolled up and placed back on the side.
